Delete your account
You can delete your Prana Vidya account and all data linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it. Both are permanent.
In the App
- Open the App and sign in if you are not already.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and synced data are removed from our servers straight away, and the data stored on that device is cleared.
By request, without the App
If you no longer have the App installed, email info@pranavidya.io with the subject line “Delete my Prana Vidya account”, sent from the email address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in identifier.
- All synced practice data: sessions, BOLT scores, Trainer progress, presets, bundles, achievements, lesson progress and settings.
What is not deleted, and why
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which they keep under their own rules. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- Sessions already written to Apple Health, which stay in the Health app on your iPhone until you delete them there.
- Crash reports and analytics events, which are technical records not linked to your account, kept by those services for a limited period.
- Data on a device where you deleted by email rather than in the App. Deleting the App from that device removes it.
